Loved the mid season finale. The whole ricks group versus the govenor storyline is very intriguing. Wonder what that new group of people that wandered into the prison are going to do.
Great episode and it was written by Robert Kirkman himself! I agree the two groups against each other is just like a war itself. And with Tyrese's group it can become ever worse (in a good way haha). Hated Carl last season love him now.
I quite enjoyed the mid-season finale, particularly the introduction of a new group of survivors. The second half of the season starts in February, yes?

The only problem with a zombie-centralised show is that.. zombies are so slow! A little gunshot here, a little surprise here, a little bites here, a little zombie manifestation there and you get a zombie show. There is added suspense which intensifies the action and drama but it's just not my cup of tea.
While I do love the blood, gore and fantastic make-up, I think the show is a bit too slow for me. I prefer something with a little more action and a little more speed. As you probably could tell, I'm not a very suspense-loving kind of guy.
But perhaps if I continue watching it I might slowly be sucked into addiction. Who knows?

Chief Elf. Always prepared with a knife. Not a gun, cause it attracts 'em.
Well the first season was all action and so is this 3rd season. Not going to lie though the 2nd season was painful. Very little action but the final two episodes made up for it.

Rick's wife gives birth in the compound, then passes away. Rick feels deep anger...Grabs an axe and clears out a couple of cell blocks = Best zombie kill and effects out of any movie or TV show in human history...Period.
