Good question. I'm guessing that he was so hell bent on wanting Lori and to just survive plain and simple, that he lost all emotion. When Shane goes to get Randall in the shed you can see how crazy and psychotic he has become.

I was wondering about the virus. That means that anyone they kill will become a zombie unless they're shot in the head. Depressing.

Hah yeah. I could be wrong though, but people who have read the comics (I haven't) said that is how the virus is.

the serie start out so good and now i can barely watch it without falling a sleep... a little like heroes great first season then getting worse and worse.

Edit: i love that shane died he has been annoying since the begining of season 2, now i just want the kid to die(i hate him)
