regardless of our ethnicity, nationality, tribalistic loyalties or physical appearance or personal beliefs like ideology or religion, every human being on this planet comes as a human being first and foremost and our tribe or clan identity should be second.

we are all created equal under god and should look and work with each other in a spirit of brotherhood for the common good.

i agree with what you are trying to say, but there was no need to bring god into when you literally just said "regardless of personal beliefs" kind of destroys the point of what you are making as it now seems preachy

but yes we should be treated as equals.
