Yes indeed. Factional infighting can lead to the most vicious conflicts of all. Some can only be stopped by blaming outsiders, whilst others just smoulder bitterly away.

It's depressing.

Yes, their interpretation of "peace" is often strange indeed, and usually just means silencing dissent.

I hope so, but personally I'm not so optimistic. There is still politics and religion and other things to consider. A war was even fought once over a disputed result of a football match.

Some interesting replies but I'm going to request a lock now because I see there has already been some FMod input needed, and I don't want this to start a war (pun intended).
