I also miss Runescape Classic very much, and wish it stayed up (with at least 1 server available). Anyway, that's a longer conversation...

I haven't played any other MMORPGs, but I loved playing RTS games like Starcraft 2! I also enjoyed MOBA games like League of Legends as well. I managed to get to Plat 1 playing as a Heimerdinger main during college. :)

I used to play tankionline quite a bit until the owners got too RW Money hungry. It's F2P in fact there's no P2P options. A lot of the extra armor, weapons, etc. you could buy with in-game currency. Some things could be bought with RWM but the game stayed fairly balanced. Then they came out with better tanks, weapons, etc. that could only be bought with RWM. The game went from F2P to Pay to Compete. Though I did buy a few things, the price of the extra perks were so expensive, it was ridiculous. I wasn't willing to pay the price and became cannon fodder. I quit after about 5 years of playing.

^Smaller communities have the ability to be close-knit, but I've never gotten that feeling around here.

One MMO I used to play had a very small playerbase, it was almost like everyone knew each another. Everyone was always friendly and helpful to one another.

Thats how it felt with Darkscape. If you were active it felt like you could recognize most people. Most of the clans had alliances and would help eachother. Part of what made it so fun.
