In 25 January 2021. Rare item tokens were removed without notice or players
didn't know about it some of these players traded away their bonus exp's or have
traded their bonds and spent money on those tokens Jagex thought they can buy
out the whole community with 15k oddments to every single player ingame as refund when they consider that as a refund when I have myself spent so many bonds and keys and not only with my ingame money my irl money as well for those rares which aren't considered rares not even the stuff people earn by doing Yak Track you can just straight up purchase em with the oddments there for free now when 1/3 or more of the community had to paid or earned everything.
I'm not sure if I can sue or I can do anything over it I feel legit scammed by Jagex emselves the response I got when I asked for a refund or anything those items I have now aren't rares anymore now as much as I supported the game over the years and supported Jagex I do not anymore after wasting my time for nothing on keys and bonds I'm dissapointed how this seems like Jagex scammed the RS3 Player base this was a Jmods response to me when I asked for a refund. 2019 might have been a while I purchased bonds I know I purchased
Keys 2020 Oct or Dec but it doesn't matter I traded away my bonus exp for no reason.
Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us.
We are always happy to consider a refund request on any purchase made that hasn't been used.
However, when reviewing your account, we can see that you have already purchases that were made using the payment method you mentioned back in 2019. With that in mind, I am afraid that we will not be able to issue a refund on the RuneScape bonds you purchased.
As you are aware, we have already credited the eligible account with additional oddments to compensate for the loss when clearing rare item tokens.
I hope this helps and if you have any further queries, please don't hesitate to get back in touch.
