Leonard from Ugly Americans is hilarious. And although it's hard to pick just one, Murderface is probably my favourite character off of Metalocaly*se.
Oh and Cartman is almost as cliche an answer nowadays as Stewie Griffin, but he really is the funniest character on South Park lol. Don't know why I didn't think of Cartman right off the bat actually...

I actually had to split this into a few categories since I had so many.
Anime: Edward Elric for his philosophical thinking or Train Hearnet.
Classic (90s): Tommy from Rugrats, without a doubt. The vivid imagination made the world more interesting to look at, which made me want to be an artist.
Modern Cartoon: It was a tie between Marcelin (Adventure Time), Leonard (Ugly Americans), and Sterling Archer (Archer). In the end, I had to choose Sterling Archer because the unique style of humor in the show, combined with his arrogant attitude, makes me laugh.
Although, when it comes to movie cartoons, it's tie between Simba and Scar because I *love* The Lion King.

Itachi Uchiha from the series "Naruto."
He is sent by an organization inside of a huge city to kill off his own clan in order to restore peace in the huge city. He goes through most of the series being hated and being seen as a rogue whenn in all he was the most devoted person to peace. He was willing to live in agony and hate, not revealing the truth, for years until his death.
