1. I can't decide between Fluttershy and Twilight from My Little Pony. Both are extremely overpowered, while Fluttershy is pretty much afraid of everything while not angry, and Twilight is brilliant, reclusive, and self-deprecating (I can relate.)
2. Gir...What does the G stand for? (I don't know.)
3. Sokka from Avatar. Nobody likes the regular guy...

Naruto Uzumaki from Naruto. I like his personality, he has an extremely creative design, I love his cheerfulness and I am inspired by his determination and will to never give up. I also like his good heart and his development and how he goes from the lonely, friendles looser to the hero of Konoha.
Sakura Haruno from Naruto. I love her character, her design is very colorful and creative, she's funny, and has SOOOOO MUCH CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT!
And she totally kicks butt! YEA!

Well,I can't narrow it down to 1 so I'd have to list my top 5
Here they are (In no particular order):
Rintaro Okabe (The MC of Steins;Gate)
Kurisu Makise (Supporting character from Steins;Gate)
Koyomi Araragi (The MC of Bakemonogatari)
Hitagi Senjogahara (Supporting character of Bakemonogatari)
Lelouch Lamperouge (MC of Code Geass Hangyaku no Lelouch[Most people don't know he didn't actually die at the end of the series!])
