the 4th industrial revolution will comprise of AI, Industrial robotics, vertical farming and of course 3d printing.

I wish with the advent of the 4th industrial revolution it will lead to a massive surplus of wealth along with a decrease number of jobs required and working hours so we can finally have Universal basic income.

You should read Iain M. Banks, and instead aim for the creation of a Culture where money is meaningless because technological advance means that all reasonable (and indeed many unreasonable) needs and desires can be met without it.

All those processes are old hat - been used extensively for many years. Nor can the processes, so far, self replicate, self initiate processes, determine outcomes, evaluate outcomes or plan future strategies. So humans will be involved for many years to come.
This will in no way lead to anything like a massive surplus of wealth.
