Nyctophile - Hate Reigns

Became friends with Edwin of Nyctophile on FB, then saw them live and became even better friends at the show. We now speak semi-frequently through messenger, and he's a great dude. His band is going to be opening for Amorphis/Dark Tranquillity/Omnium Gatherum/Moonspell in September at the Grove in Anaheim, and I'm getting discounted tickets through him.

He's sent me some really heartfelt messages thanking me for being a fan and thanking me for singing along with him at their last show in Santa Ana, and told me how much fans like me mean to him, because he's never had much support IRL, and it got a lot more personal in the PM, so now I feel a lot more emotionally connected to their music than I had ever before. The chorus to my favorite track of theirs seems especially emotional now after what he told me.

Take Me - Gloria Kim ft Will Sparks Eh, I might be somewhat hypocritical here, but.. although I have a killswitch on my guitar and can cut out all signal to my amp while I'm playing for a cool effect, I hate that in techno how the beat sounds like it's just a constant tone broken down and fading like that. I guess I'll say it's alright for the genre.

Reminds me of Blackguard with their sound, and kinda the video style lol. Your link took me somewhere else so I searched up the official. I'll give it a 7.2/10
