I am looking forward to my lot moving out and then me moving in with them for free.

I will enjoy leaving all the lights on and emptying the fridge of anything reasonably tasty, regardless as to whether it is intended for a meal the next day; no snack or packet of biscuits will remain unopened for more than 8 hours after the weekly shop has been done.

ive been paying my parents rent since i finished school 4 years ago. at first it was cheap but now theyve raised it so many times im paying nearly the same as i would in an appartment. they give me their leftovers but generally i buy my own food. i pay all my own insurance and everything too. the only thing they cover for me anymore is my phone bill. which is an extra $5 a month on theirs so they dont mind it. even so i live in the same house as them i only see them maybe 10 minutes a day since i work nights. ive already bought or saved up for everything ill need to be on my own. I think I might adopt you!

Seriously though, moving out won't be too much of a financial shock to you, which is good.

Ps - I was exagerating slightly - the biscuits can last as long as 12 hours :P

Yeah, from what I'm reading, definitely move out as soon as you can. You are pretty much spending the same amount as you would if you lived on your own.

Happy Friday EVE everyone!
