Hmmm, I heard on the wireless that Liverpool Airport had been closed for a while because of it. I'm glad it's not snowing here, I've got a cold and a dreadful cough and wouldn't fancy walking the dogs when the air is so raw.
That's a shame. I've done well to avoid it this Christmas as I know a few who've got the same. It did look beautiful outside last night when it was actually snowing and there was a good few inches on the tree branches. By early morning when the foxes were barking outside my window, and as such waking me up, a lot had gone, so I'm assuming we got a bit of rain. There is still a few inches on the ground for the kids and dogs to run around in though.

Charlie Brooker's shows are pretty funny might have to have another binge on em.
Would you be offended if I say when I read your posts for some reason I get the idea that you would fit in living in a cottage on Bree-Land in Middle Earth? You remind me of a Tolkien Englishman.
And I didn't mean that to be mean. Really. I mean I'm a stereotype. Another misplaced New Yorker, neurosis and all! LOL. J/K
Happy New Year's, Everyone here! Watch the apple fall from NYC tomorrow, as I *might-maybe-probably wont-who knows-friend really wants to go* be braving Times Square if we get there in time. I'll wave hello.
