Hi Guttthix,
While I'm sure you're you had no ill intentions, your above post has been hidden as naming and shaming is not welcome on the forums. There is no way that this claim can be verified, so the best thing to do is to report the player in-game so Jagex can investigate the situation and take the appropriate action if necessary. After reporting, I recommend adding the player to your ignore list so that you see no further chat from them.
Screenshots however cannot be accepted as they can easily be modified/faked.
