Sadly Off Topic was active when Jagex didn't give us chat threads (ours was the first one), and as such in order to chat threads had to be used which jagex didn't like. Off sites were created leaving an empty shell of a forum, but hey that's jagex promoting the community spirit by driving them away. Mod Crow tried to help but eventually he was moved somewhere else leaving the forum to flounder on once again. When he was in regular contact with us the forum moderators were under control and thread were allowed that probably would and have been locked now, down with the overlords.
