Nonexistent, because the world was created by the big bang, which was essentially an occurrence of multiple chaotic events at the same time. Another way you can look at it is chaotic things will continue to happen to the earth as long as it is surrounded by the galaxy (meteors, solar flares, ect.) and the only way to eliminate this chaos would be for A. the sun to engulf the earth or B. the sun to become a super nova, both of which would destroy Earth.
So a "chaosless" Earth is impossible. As for a world with no evil, the only way that's possible is for humanity to become extinct, since we are an inherently evil species. (There's no denying it, we've all had the evil thought at one point in our lives.)
Yeah... I'm not very optimistic about the condition of the world.
