So the egg of a manager doing the preliminary job interviews today couldn't separate " your " & " you are " when speaking. I did subtlety correct her three times on the back of asking questions, yet at the end of the group meeting the lady went right back to her original ways of butchering the language. ....... West & drop a single ore .

She was saying "you're" instead of "your"?

How do you know she wasn't saying "your" instead of "you're"?

In the instanced when " you are " should have been applied it was pronounced as " your ", however midway through after I asked a few questions, her brain did make the recognition between the two & the lady did start using " you are " instead of your correctly.

However by the end of the meeting, her old ways had taken back over, & everything was just referred to as " your ".

Perhaps this was a failure on my part for not mentioning how an aircraft can twist & oscillate on a vertical axis? ....... West & drop a single ore .

No, the lady bragged about being confident, so I took that as a personal challenge.

Also the lady in question couldn't differentiate between " it is " & " its " when spoken. ....... West & drop a single ore .
