Well, it's kind of hard to guess sometimes.

I mean, I can think of quite a few people who get fully undressed when they go to the toilet. George Costanza for one. One of my friends has a brother in law who does that. I'm not sure if her kid still does that, but I know he used to.

As for running out into the ocean? That could have been a lifeguard.

I think my guesses were pretty apt, considering the information I was presented.

I can see EMS handling the exact same situations.
Same with a babysitter.
Same with a bounty hunter for psychiatric patients.

I don't think we have any Lion Tamers in the UK any more - circuses with animal acts are soon to be banned. There's actually only a few left now, and I don't think they have big cats anyway.
