d'awwww. that's really cute. happy for you.
no but where i currently work essentially allows me to practice what i want to do in some capacity. my clients have severe learning disabilities and autism, and my subordinates, and even my manager, occasionally approach me with work or personal issues, so yea.
a few people think i should propose to the managing director to create my own job within the company since ive asked them what their thoughts are on having a workplace counsellor and even my manager thinks it's a really good idea. plus ive gathered that the company dont want to lose me so i have a slight feeling they'll be more willing to give that a shot since it's low-risk, high-reward for them... if i get my qualifications.
