I stopped using Facebook a few years ago because I was sick of the bs and lies. I sometimes have a look at it but I dont post on it. I have a fb profile so no one can steal my identity lol.

I use Messenger a lot to keep in contact with friends.
I find FB good. Found a few groups I like.

Been watching the Olympic highlights of the weightlifting in the Snatch, and the Clean and Jerk.

Damn those Eastern Europeans are good at weightlifting.

Now I'm watching 'How To Become a Tyrant'. Episode 1 is about Hitler.
