Been working this morning, then came home and took the dog out for a run. There is a definite feel of autumn now, which I think is the best time of year, the leaves are starting to turn and there is the smell of wood smoke in the air. Lots of squirrels about so maybe they are busy preparing for winter. Strange kind of still and hazy day.

Now at home for the first sit down of the day with a cup of tea

Headache came on suddenly this morning, taken several tablets as I have an appointment later, so might take another tablet soon; only supposed to take two every 6 hours, I'm desperate to get rid of it.
If fat means flavour then I'm ******* delicious!

Had a half an hour appointment yesterday at doctors, ended up being in their for close to an hour and then more time with nurse, then waiting for results - 2 hours in doctors :O what was supposed to be only half an hour! Got to go to a different appointment all i want to do is close my eyes.
