I know his good points, i know his bad points and i also know his "Great" points..
His team selection at times has people wondering but we have to understand that the man has to go through an immense job of trying to keep so many great and admittingly at times "not so great" players happy and giving them a game at some point, ok, i agree that does not always go accordingly to plan lol but he still has to do it.
I know this seems to have become the obvious excuse but in all seriousness with the injiries and fatigue because of games coming so thick and fast this year, this has made his job so much harder and you know just as well as me mate, people in this day and age are to quick to jump on a man "or woman" to give that final push under water to watch them drown!
My personal response to your question is and always will be this....

In all honesty I had not realised they had done their own separate team isolation thing together to fit in with the covid rules. Makes sense otherwise a party like this would have probably made front page news as illegal lol.
Today was the first time I saw it so it caught me by surprise; the lads having a dance around and a drink and all that haha
