Kodomo no Omocha, what a weird show...

Being so used to any given animes cast of characters having any number of outlandish hair and eye colors, watching a show were every single character has the same eye color feels kinda weird...

Also notably disconcerting, a drama that dosent take itself seriously at all. Its all like:

Doctor: Sir, I'm sorry to tell you this but...you have cancer. We wont be able to operate, I dont think you'll see the end of the year.

Man: I see... *Dramatic pause* *Randomness* *break fourth wall* *break out into song and dance routine* *interjection from the narrator* and now, back to the drama...

I'm honestly not sure how I'm meant to approach something like that. It would be ok if it was ironic drama or a parody of the drama, but were talking literal straight drama that builds tension, everybody breaks out in tears and then, out of nowhere, hyperactive crazy randomness.

Also, only 20 episodes in and they already cleared almost every cliche drama and soap opera scenario I can think of. How this is gonna be sustained for another 80+ episodes I have no idea.

I agree, I dislike the new voice actors; hard to adjust to.
