I can only think of one thing that could be. Even if you know that then its not completely terrible. So long as your still in the dark about the 'secret of the world' and how things came to be that way then there's still a story to be had.
Course, most of the character routes are worthy of a whole series unto themselves, so plenty of goodness coming up regardless.

^ Well I don't know. Maybe what I saw was just a lie then because I think it would be a massive spoiler.
On a side note... Watching Yosuga no Sora which is pretty entertaining. Haru is a boss just like Makoto from School Days. That one was scene where he was "taking care of business" with Nao and Sora walks right in on them... Nao notices and Haru is still just going at it ahhh that was hilarious. Time for the delicious twincest arc....

The one time they actually put in an sibling route they can't put the christmas cake route in? I really wanted to see him with the lady that owns the store.

Just got caught up on Shinsekai yori. To be honest, I didn't really like it all that much until episode 4 where things really started getting interesting and the story gets started. I can't say that I think it'll be AOTY just yet, but it shows the most potential to be. The art is pretty damn awesome and the music really fits well (great ED song might I add). Looking forward to the next episode.
