People that like comedy anime, you should really try out Gintama. Don't let its magazine fool you, there's nothing shounen about it. And please don't judge it for its first 20 or so episodes because it gets better every episode.
The series combines really random and parody humor with heartwarming drama and every x episodes there is a 'serious' arc that matches Brotherhood's most exciting moments.
A hate to use statistics, but it isn't (one of) the highest rated series for no reason.
So, and now something that won't be ignored:
Today's Hunter x Hunter was amazing (I have seen the original but still...).
Funny how they tried to censor blood at the beginning but totally give up on that now because they realised you can't animate this series without blood.
