Apart from the completely random 7 year timeskip I've really liked Fairy Tail so far. Pretty good animation and a ton of different characters. Or maybe it's because I finished watching D.Gray-Man and Death Note right before it and appreciated a light anime after those lol :P
On another note I just found this thread. List of favorite anime (sort of in order not really):

- Kaze no Stigma (Why did the author have to die? ;c)
- Death Note (The anime where even writing is badass)

- Naruto <- What anime watcher hasn't seen it LOL

Currently watching (about to watch) FMA.

Also I just can't comprehend someone having bleach as their favorite series lol. So many plot holes, and the recent arc is so much of a yu yu hakusho chapter black rip off it's ridiculous o.o
