Kyoukay Senjou no Horizon (there hasn't happened anything yet but i'm patiently waiting for a war to break)
Nurarihyon no Mago 2 (I know it started last season though)
Shakugan no Shana 3
Phi Brain (is intresting to see the way they are trying to make children grow interest for puzzles again, lawl)
Un-Go (The concept of the first 2 episodes has been awesome)

Majide Watashi ni koi Shinasai (nice fanservice and not a bad story atm )
Since i've been keeping with those, even considering guilty crown and un-go ahve 1 chapter less than the rest, I think i can tell once again that Mirai Nikki is being, by far, the best one. Without making the other ones bad, actually these season is awesome
@Greggillito An opening isn't ment to spoil the anime in any way, it's supposed to be just a small sumary of the whole series and a normal viewer, the one's who have not read the manga, has no clue of what is going to happen or how is the whole thing going to end the way the opening shows it. Examples would be the latest One piece openings or D. Gray Man ones. Also even though being a manga reader might spoil it for you it's always intresting to see how they animated it either to be amazed or to be ashamed of their work. I'll tell you the eyes, the sounds and the voices in Mirai Nikki are so nicely done that the last 4-7 minutes of episode 3 are actually scary, very scary.

I can give you a list of my favourite animes I have seen, one of which even moved me to manly tears.
1. Angel Beats
2. Higurashi
3. Umineko
4. Big Windup!
5. Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood
6. Death Note
7. Gravitation <-- is a shonan-ai (g*y anime w/o *ex, based mainly on the relationship), but, is based more on the music than anything and is very funny.
8. Demon King Daimao
9. Highschool Of The Dead
10. Death Note
11. Eyeshield 21 (never actually got around to finishing this but it was good what I saw)
