Even though its hard to tell my 3 fav openings taking animation and music into consideration would be the Steins;Gate, Chaos;Head, to aru majutsu no index 2 the second one and of course, Umineko no naku koro ni, all those are epic.
MY favorite endings would be all ruronoi kenshin ones, Shaman King ED2, all the Yu Yu Hakusho ones, FMA ED1, and the list keeps growing.

Gundam... the best Anime series... Ever... Imo anyways. 00 and seed were good, but the rest were bad...
All I seem to want to watch now is Naruto and Bleach though. O_o
