My parents went through a great effort to digitize our old Moomin TV-series VHS tapes (1990–1991, 78-episode "Tanoshii Mūmin Ikka" series, and 1991–1992, 26-episode "Tanoshii Mūmin Ikka: Bōken Nikki" series -sequel.
I only intended to check that the video played properly, but as soon as I heard the themesong I couldn't stop myself from watching the whole first episode. I think now I must watch them all with my wife who hasn't seen them yet.
A heathen as I am, I have them dubbed in my native language. Absolutely adore this series

Hopefully that extra time though will make it that much better than S1.
