As for anime, I've been watching mostly Fairy Tail, but not really paying attention to it. It's just background noise at this point.

Next I'll watch something called First Squad. I have no clue what it is about, except from the obvious.

I was really into Fairy Tail when I thought it was only 2 seasons, but then I realized it was like 7-8, and I just don't have that kind of time :| Community Manager for Jagex

I'm watching Tensei shitara Slime Datta Ken and it is hilariously mocking (IMHO) the Sword Art Online premise.

It is so silly, but yet is cute and funny that a slime as a protagonist in an MMORPG-locked world is orders of magnitude better than Kirito-Kami's SAO.

I was super close to just skipping that anime completely, and when I sat down to watch it, I had very low expectations for it, although I must admit that the synopsis was kind of intriguing.

Needless to say, the show definitely exceeded my expectations and might be my favorite anime this season!
