My mum is going to watch her first anime today! I'm so excited.
why do you want her to suffer
I think she will enjoy it
I was telling her alot of descriptions of different anime this morning. I told her about prison school. She said she'd watch it. I then mentioned there are some perverted themes. Then, it became a big no no.

Mahoutsukai no Yome is certainly an interesting place to start for her. I would assume that most people would start with Studio Ghibli.
Wait, really? I started with stuff like Kiba, well, if you don't count things like Naruto, Dragonball, One piece, and Pokemon.
My first Studio Ghibli film was Howls Moving Castle, probably almost 3 or 4 years into my serious anime career. At that point I had already watched a bunch of off the path stuff.

The opposite of Justice is simply another Justice. What is Evil is subjective to each person.
You know, normally, I absolutely HATE Queen Bee, but for once, their animation style actually worked in their favor.
I was really hesitant to watch Implicity, Higashiyama Show's manga's are really amazing works, and I was worried that it would end up coming out really bad. But I can honestly say I was pleasantly surprised. It was actually pretty well done.
The Implicity manga series is a really good one, and the adaptation is worth watching as well.

the best way to introduce someone to anime is with Twintails
Genderbender + loli. Decent combination, I'll admit. Needs more loli though to be worth starting with though.
