got a new job like end of July starting to waste my money a bit now newest purchases being Gankutsuou and Anthem of the heart on BD.....thinking about picking up all 3 seasons of full metal panic as well about £50-£99 depending on the version i get

I'm looking forward to Himouto! Umaru-chan R and Kino no Tabi. There doesn't appear to be anything else of interest for me personally in the upcoming Autumn season. Unless I've missed something.

On another note; seems like Risa Taneda is back from her hiatus due to health issues, so that's good. She'll be in the special episode of GochiUsa.

The latest Utawarerumono game was released in the west too. Now that the main voice actors in that series are back I wonder if we'll get a continuation of the anime series.

I've got my eye on a few Gundam Reconguista BDs because they're really cheap in Japan for some reason, about $12 and $16 for the first and second volumes respectively

By the way Jack, Mahou Shoujo Ai is so shitty that I was banned for providing a synopsis of it

By the way Jack, Mahou Shoujo Ai is so shitty that I was banned for providing a synopsis of it Mate, if you described any kind of h-content that openly and vividly, or linked videos like that, and they caught you, you'd get banned. They're draconian like that. Don't blame Ai for your troubles. Ai is harmless.

And FYI, I got hit with a ban as well. Only 24 hours, but yeah. Leader of The Enemy ||

Not always. I feel the effort put into the adaptation is what shows the quality of the source material. Do they just animate a few h-scenes? Or do they go above and beyond, and animate the entire story?

Some VNs are such hardcore eroge, that seperating the H-material from them is exceedingly difficult. But that doesn't make them nukige either.

Look at Bible Black for example. One of the most widely know H-anime, it had an insane budget in terms of prodction. It's touted as one of the best, and is something I can't deny.

Another example is Kara no Shoujo. It got a two-part OVA hentai adaptation, choosing to animate the story, rather than just a few H-scenes. Unfortunately they didn't finish making the OVAs, stopping at just those two, leaving the series halfway complete.

Now Kara no Shoujo isn't a crappy VN in the slightest. They could've done a full anime adaptation, like with Grisala, Or Steins; Gate but they didn't sadly. Doesn't take away from how good the source material was.

Compare that to say Imouto Paradise 2. All they adapted there were H-scenes from two of the routes, each Character getting their own OVA episode. Imouto Paridise 2 was nothing more than a Nukige. Leader of The Enemy ||
