Well, I'm not really into Anime, because where I live, much of it doesn't come on until after midnight. However, I do enjoy the show Bleach, and Inyuasha.

Plus, it's an anime. Not everything has to be real-world stuff. The ninjas in Naruto/Naruto Shippuuden are widely known throughout their world. It wouldn't make much sense for them to hide from people who already know their existence. Though I do agree that they wear flashy outfits even though they trey to hide from an enemy. Then again, the makers just make it so the enemy is "dumbing-out".
