My HGUC Sinanju and RG Gundam Mk.II kits arrived today.
I also added pop-up notification to my nyaa checker, as well as the options to look back more than one day and to download all results instead of just the most recent upload.

I have anime dvd collection I have been starting . I love anime and mangas.
Anime fan for life
I'd add more to my collection too, but the prices for some of the series, or it seems like the majority of series is just stupidly expensive.
Aside from that, there haven't appeared to be many decent anime that have aired as of late, that I've liked personally. I mean No Game No Life was alright but nothing special. I might just be missing the good releases as Crunchyroll (My source of anime) in the UK is pretty poor yet still better than most other services.
The only anime series that are stupidly expensive are the ones licensed by Aniplex. I seriously hate them. Everything else has a reasonable price, especially if you know where to buy from and take advantage of sales.
If you're looking for old out of print series then yes, things can get really pricey there.

Are we talking about an online retailer or a brick and mortar retailer? If it's online, then I guess it would probably be cheap but that would entirely depend on whether or not shipping is available to where I live. Purchasing them from physical stores costs double, sometimes triple the price from what I've seen. Probably because anime isn't that popular here.
On another note: Are there any anime coming up this term that I should be looking out for? I generally watch anything, and most things that are available to me.
