I hope to see it hitting the theaters by mid 2015, pretty much a year from now. DVD/BD out and subbed by late 2015. Although that may only be pipe dream.

So, uh, hi everyone! I'm a pretty big anime fan. I've been watching anime for almost 2 years now and I got into it after a friend of mine recommended Death Note. It was my first anime and I got
hooked
straight away!!
My favourites include Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Shingeki no Kyojin, Log Horizon, Mirai Nikki, Psycho Pass, Sword Art Online, TTGL. Anyone else seen those? Some of them are pretty well-known.
I'm watching a few different ones right now which includes Black Bullet, No Game No Life, Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei.
Confirmed pleb

Just finished Now and Then, Here and There, it felt like a Miyazaki film imo.
It was great, though there were a few plot holes I wondered about but nearly everything has atleast some plotholes. But overall I would recommend anyone to watch it. But a small warning probably only 16+ since it did get a bit dark in some parts..
anyone here think the Hollywood adaption of All You Need is Kill (The Edge of Tomorrow) will be a dud?
also if Michael Bay directs Evangelion he'll probably name it Evangelion 4.0 it can (not) be happening

Anything Americanised always ends up butchering the franchise and anything they remake.
They ruined "Dragonball", "All You Need is Kill", etc and they will most likely ruin "Akira" and any feature ones they've in the works.
Which is why i never have any high hopes for anything which comes out of Murica.
Though luckily there are a lot of new seasons coming out this year from Japan and sure some episodes regarding last season of SOA were done incorrectly or a few parts tweaked. But hopefully they'll keep closer to the Novel during Season 2.
