Computer monitor is finally failing after 9+ years. Need to buy a new monitor from bestbuy next week. The LCD is flickering and sometimes goes black completely.

Wednesday: New monitor is priority and also new cords to replace the old ones. Then bring them home and install. Then go back out and buy juices from the korean store. If I have time buy some sushi from the japanese restaurant.
Saturday: Take mom to greek restaurant and buy 20 bonds for premier club 2021.
Sunday: Redeem the 20 bonds for premier club 2021.
I asked my Sister what She would like for Christmas. To my surprise She asked for a deep fat fryer for her home made chips.
So looked on Amazon and found 1 She really did like and ordered it.
Now to my surprise it's coming all the way from America tot he UK..... If I'd have seen it before ordering I might have got a different 1 thats delivered from the UK... Now it's due 5th - 15th December lol.
Haven't actually made a purchase yet but am researching for new Hearing Aid.
My old NHS donkey is seriously low tech, a bit uncomfortable and ugly, but free; the upmarket technology, smaller ones promise enlightenment but, my gosh, at a price.
My brother has a soundbridge on one ear, though that's a middle ear implant and he was on waiting list for ages. Supposedly he's on a waiting list for the other ear as well, but it's all been put on (even more than normal) hold with the covid pandemic.

Gosh, never heard of that so had to Google it. I'm not on the profound scale of hearing loss so I think I'd be better suited to stick with just the regular sort of Aids.
Apparently the modern versions can also help with Tinnitus - which would be bliss for me - all I need to do is rustle up about £2,500+. Heh, pocket change, eh.
Alright. After 5 days I finally got a new monitor. Turns out I needed one with DVI-D. That's why I didn't post for 5 days. Cause I couldn't. Forgot to ask bestbuy for a monitor with DVI-D so wasted time at the wrong store. Yesterday I bought a bunch of drinks, gimbap, watermelon gummy bag and korean stuffed bread pastries from the korean store. Today this morning I bought some milk tea and other drinks and millet biscuits from the asian store. Gummies were great, bread pastries were great and gimbap was delicious. I will be going back to that computer store for sure, their mouses and keyboards are at a nice price. Was feeling the internet withdrawal this week for sure.
New monitor is 23.8 inches so bigger than my previous. Luckily didn't need to change anything in my game interface.
Tomorrow: sushi from the japanese restaurant and shop at the nearby store for juices and maybe buy some books so I have extra just in case I ever have another period of no computer access.
Next saturday: dad's gonna take me to a restaurant.
