I agree Fifi, much better to see the actual item before you buy it. I rarely shop online and would never buy clothes that way. For example, I'll see what looks like a nice dress but when I go up close the finish is shoddy or the material doesn't feel/look nice. Or if it passes that test when I put it on it might hang oddly due to wonky seams or simply doesn't suit me. The hassle of ordering and returning items and possibly struggling to get a refund? No thanks!
edit to add: recent purchases are 2 pairs of shoes and waterproofing spray and plants for the garden. I decided to get the shoes before the shops close. We hope its just for 4 weeks but I thought I'd better not chance it.
