I thought about posting this on the Football thread but decided it deserves one of its own.

One of football's true legends, Sir Bobby Charlton died over the weekend

A brilliant player, both for United and England, where he helped win the 1966 World Cup.

As a kid I saw him play many times and he really was brilliant to watch.

I'm not into football but even I know who Bobby Charlton was. He was a great player. RIP
