Custard creams or cherry bakewells, can't go wrong with the classic cookie also.

I love cherry Bakewells but I'd class them as cake/tart.
And yep custard creams are a classic, preferably dunked!

True. What about jaffa cakes? (I know its in the name) but I always see them in the biscuit section. Alas, I can't make the same excuse for mentioning cherry bakewells, woops. Bob says:

McVitie's rich tea for dunking in tea and McVities chocolate digestives for nibbling although I can't stop at one digestive. For a special treat I love Stem Ginger cookies or White Chocolate and Lemon cookies from Marks and Spencer. Sainsburys have decent Stem Ginger cookies too.

I like all biscuits (cookies) because my wife's RSN is cookiemomstr. Unfortunately, as that RSN indicates, they are usually gone before i get any. ;)

Jaffa cakes as long as they are not the fake cheap nasty things Aldi and Iceland sell or others sell. You know the fake look-a-likes. They are great and I'd call them a biscuit. :P

Not often you find another Stem Ginger fan out there I love the stuff too.

Anything with fresh ginger has to be good for you.

I must back some gingernuts for the weekend. Love dunking them in a nice hot cup of tea.

Seeing that Ameratasu Mi mentioned the Tim Tam Slam on page four, I thought I would share the chocolate-y goodness of them.

They look a lot like our Penguin biscuits.
*runs off to Google*
In fact they're the same apart from a size difference,

I know what you mean about the knock-off jaffa's, they have a strange chemical taste, fake orange. Even though I'm sure regular jaffa's also contain nasty stuff but they hide it better, lol.

What about Fig Rolls? they're also cake-like, and you find them in the biscuit section.

Garibaldi are probably my least favourite, I remember my grandparents always had them. They are basically a biscuit/cracker hybrid with hard raisins baked into them (which look like bluebottle / flies) - Nasty!
