The difference between American and English biscuits freaked me out the first time I heard it, someone mentioned "biscuits and gravy" :P

Yes, their biscuit is very similar to the scone and the trick to the American biscuit is the layered effect, a lot of people make with shortening.

I believe the Americans call biscuits cookies - it's like the term Jam, Americans call Jam Jelly :O
If fat means flavour then I'm ******* delicious!
