Yum. That's sounds good. Steak eggs and chips sounds good to me. What steak are you eating? I eat all, including eye fillet, sirloin or even cheaper cuts like rump.

The reason I like this thread is that if I had enough money I would like to open a "Diner" American style and customers could come in and buy an all day breakfast meal of pancakes or bacon and eggs or steak eggs and chips. Or what ever the customers wanted. Like stew or casserole and coffee or tea etc.

Edit: or burgers and possibly have a liquor licence so customers could have a beer with their meal. We don't really have anything like this in Auckland.

The customers would make the rules and choose what they want.

Not sure what kind of steak it was, as I don't shop for meats by cut, I shop by price. I can't tell you what kind of steak it was, beyond the fact that it was beef, but I can tell you it was only $5 for two steaks, approximately the size of my palm each.

Steak, eggs and chips sounds pretty good right now. I think I might have that later today. I got an air fryer for my birthday that I haven't tried out yet, so, I'll probably be back later with the results.
