I boiled a couple of potatoes and a red onion, dripped some mayo on those, then added scrambled egg on top. I'll be honest, it tasted very bland, but it was healthy!

Left over Chicken Tikka pizza from yesterdays tea.
Can't say I like it much as I can't taste any tikka lol.
