To be fair it looked like we were going to get a tornado too - in little Denmark!
Luckily the weather worn off after a few hours. It was pretty dark though.
Now sun's back and I'm once again melting!
I bet it can get pretty dark and cold and wet in Denmark bro.

A tornado ripped through my suburb Papatoetoe and killed 1 person. it was a freak thing, I've never heard of it happening ever.
Auckland has a few plus tornado's every year which causes damage. This is the first one that's killed a person, one seriously injured, a third I think moderate or minor injuries.
Did you witness it kiwi??

^No I was in my apartment. I knew it was windy and wet but I didn't hear about the tornado until the 6pm news.
I guess these tornado's are very localized, ie: they can happen not very far away and you wont know they happened.
Scary stuff. In America it flattens whole communities. Tornado's are huge over there; our ones are quite small compared.
It's a shame those shipping containers were stacked so high, maybe if they weren't lives wouldn't have been lost???

Not too hot today... yet!

Around the time of your post it was raining here, too. No thunder this time, though!
Weather's quite cold today actually. It reads 13c which is quite a decline.
