Pre-Covid:

Walking the dogs.
We used to bundle them into the car and go all manner of interesting places.

Gardening.
Prowling Garden Centres for inspiration, new plants and schizz then putting my ideas into action.

Visiting castles, monuments, stately homes, museums and odd places of interest (to us).

Socialising.
Together or with chums - movies, theatre, meals out, drinks at the Pub, board and card games evenings with friends and so on.

Just the usual stuff most people do, I guess. Most of which we can no longer do.

Parenting. So crafts, sledding, coloring snow, painting, playing with toys, etc... etc...

During lunch hour and nap time I typically do home improvement projects and school. I am staving off a bit of depression in the last month, but this is what I have done during COVID.

Non-COVID? Muesums, musicals/plays, libraries, all sorts of extracurricular activities for kids, pottery studios, shopping stuff like that.

My life plans include paying off my mortgage in the next 5 years, investing, graduating with my second Bachelor's degree (then likely getting a graduate degree in my second area of study), getting my dream job of Accounting Information Systems Analyst (just got formally promoted to an IT analyst yay!), volunteering for the homeless, possible foster parenting, and just living a life that means something bigger than myself.
And I swear I'm not going to let her know all the pain I have known

Not one of you use the days off to catch up on sleep? I guess I'm just lazy. :|

Otherwise it's the same as normal days, just that I have a bit more time on my hands... cleaning, some exercise, watching sports, reading etc.

I feel so drained if I sleep more on the weekends.

I feel especially wasteful if I sleep until 11am on a Sat or Sun knowing I've wasted a good part of the day lol

I currently do online work, so don't really have proper days-off. My downtime is whenever there's nothing to do. This happens more often than I'd like due to the nature of the platform I primarily work on. COVID has also negatively affected the platform, or at least that's when things started going slightly downhill.

When I do have downtime, I pretty much just do the usual: play some video games (usually PES2021 LITE), listen to music, browse Reddit and RSOF, watch YouTube (usually tech-related, primarily motherboard repair videos) and then catch up on TV shows. Nothing too special.

As for aspirations/goals, I'd like to get good at repairing electronic devices, such as TVs and computers. I dislike coming across a problem and then being forced to stop because the problem requires some sort of circuit board repair. It's been a constant urge ever since I opened up some Macbook and tried to fix it.

Perhaps the biggest goal of them all is beating social anxiety. It is not fun to deal with and I hope to one day eradicate it for good. It's very limiting.

For a more unrealistic goal, I'd like to learn how to produce some electronic music I listen to (Hardstyle). Always get some stuff I'd like to make pop into my head, but I just lack the technical know-how to actually move it from just imaginary sounds in my head into something that actually exists.

I only have a very part time job helping people down my road. When not doing that, playing on my pool table/exercising. Then i no life games given the stress i deal with, given my 7+ lives and remembering fragments and decoding events of ones choices.....Many things in todays time need to be fixed but i gave up trying to fix them(i'm out numbered), reason covid 19 happened tbh. Earth will teach you at a cost....

My life goal is blank, i did want to fix all world problems (laws balanced, better government systems that run off the people(not lawyers/company owners), need a non biased team of people :P (many more, even stopping id theft etc)

I'm very smart, but sometimes giving up is the best method with humanity playing with death cards atm. No joke covid 19 is a test on judgement, so far we lost. One method to stop it, i know of, but if you think they would listen to me? your mistaken on their own downfall. I see the traps and so far everyone is hitting them(endless loop -lockdown, release, lockdown....more deaths, more preventable deaths(close the airports....)

^Everything that is happening atm sadly is playing everyone like pawns on a chess board. This is going to last 5+ years by then damages and lives lost will get so bad. Personally i would have closed airports day 1, banned all travel but some people love to be dumb and don't use logical thinking to combat a world issue by reducing bills/break even financial plans to aid in a full 3-4 month world wide lockdown. <---prove you value life higher than money is the message from covid 19.....

I know every mistake people are making, it bothers me badly but sadly we reached the red line where something had to be done, sadly this is phase 1.

I want all this to end ASAP, But i know how dumb people are, how mindsets are programmed to work against each other, conflicts are formed from that very core.

I'm 100% handicapped so I'm quite limited as to what I can do.

1...Take the dog for a walk...me on my mobile scooter and dog on leash (he's the one doing the walking)

2...Play a few computer games

3...Keeping my housemates busy. Both lost their jobs due to COVID and got into financial difficulties. They have to work for their keep. BTW one just had an interview at the main office of the job he is seeking. He passed. Now, he is waiting to hear from his potential Boss, who is going to do another interview. The first interview was to get into the company, the second interview is to get into the Department.

4...I'm feeling a lot better physically so I want to get back to playing the organ.

For me, baby steps are big steps. I do whatever I can to stay busy and help out my housemates, who have been absolutely wonderful.
