Just seen this pop up on my Facebook page again and was shocked to see the price of this Salt Bae's London steak restaurant thats been all over the News.

I don't pay that much for all my food for 3-4 years. It's just shocking that people with money will pay these stupid prices for 1 meal.

All the top end celebs are trying it because they have the cash. Me naaa rather have a good night out and get a pizza or kebab. Save a fortune.

So if you had the cash and not many do here on RS forums to be fair would you pay it for 1 meal???? Comprehensive Account Security

I frown at these restaurents... yep, there are so many other things you can spend your money on. O_o

Even if I had the money I just could not in good conscience spend that sort of cash on 1 meal.

I would look at the prices before entering any restaurant and I would certainly never set foot inside that one.

Sigh, such a silly and wasteful thing. Imagine what you could do with £850 - you're literally just paying for topping a good stake with a silly piece of gold that serves no purpose.

No, I wouldn't pay for this bill. I'd rather use the money to go to different restaurants on various occasions instead of simply wasting it in one sitting. No, thank you, Salt Bae.

Even if I was a multi millionaire I wouldn't pay that for a meal. I have no need to bolster my self esteem with such a pointless dining "experience". I'd also feel guilty at the waste of money. The old saying "more money than sense" seem to apply.

edit to add: I'd rather have a much cheaper meal and donate the rest to a food bank
