my phone passed away because i was playing runescape 3 on it 10 hours a day. now my phone has blackscreen and it won’t work but it still makes noises and lights. it’s also really overheating even tho it’s doing nothing. while playing rs3 i would often put my phone in the freezer to cool it off but now it doesn’t work, my phone passed away and so did my computer… oh nooooooooooooooooo! this phone was used to mine my first onyxes and i was so happy when i got double i was like yes! finally! so many memories and now i don’t have a phone nor do i have a pc anymore. can runescape refund me a phone, can they send me a new one?

Jagex aren't going to replace your phone because you killed it by putting it in a freezer,
I'll be honest, it's hard to take this thread seriously and it does come across as a bit trollish.

BY all means ask for technical advice, but you went a bit far with this one.
