Not really. Just have complexity 6 opened.

But it takes little to no time to open your floors up to 9, which is the floor that is usually done when doing floors for first theme, frozen. It is good for a leecher to open floors for themselves whenever they have time for it/get dg lvl for new floor. Doing your highest possible floor will grant you access on new floor if you have dg level required for it. For example; to open floor 24, you need to do floor 23.
