Solo is difficult to do. I would suggest getting a duo or trio partner(s) and dpsing each hand down to around ~5k HP.
Then all go onto the last hand, kill it asap and then go back to your own hand and kill it quickly.

If you need help with this, feel free to join the Discord or FC and I'm sure someone will be looking to complete the same achievement with you too.
