Got a cape in about a week.
You get around 100kxp/11 mins depending on level. I saw those gains at lvl90ish where running solo meds wasn't viable. (30kxp / 30-40mins)

I am now 106, and soon to be maxed!!!!
Use these guys, try a floor! You won't be disappointed.
