It's very small and niche and wouldn't apply many places. But when at Kerapac and use Time warp in Necro. It doesn't allow you to use Living Death while already in that form. Is it possible that when you are already in that form and are allowed to use that ability, that it extends your current buff of the Ultimate rather than "you cannot use that spell in this current form".
