Can Jagex simply remove these 2 items from the game?

- Special teak log
- Special mahogany log

Everybody can make wood into planks for free courtesy of the fort sawmill, so their only other function is to be sold for 3900 coins each.

Either delete them outright, or give them a different purpose. Say, handing in a special teak log gives 10 normal teak logs, and handing in a special mahogany log gives 15 normal mahogany logs?

Something?

Shorty before the introduction of the fort they said they should be able to be converted either into multiple planks or directly into a refined one. Obviously that never happened. Improvements: Tooltip / (F2P) QoL v2
